Yes. You can set up as many membership tiers as you need, each with its own fee amount, billing frequency, and due date. Feezy tracks each member's plan independently.
You update their membership tier in the dashboard. Feezy adjusts the billing from the next cycle. If a pro-rata adjustment is needed for the current month, you can configure that manually at the time of the change.
WhatsApp reminder language configuration is on the roadmap. Current reminders are in English. For Hyderabad and Telangana gyms, Telugu-language reminders are planned for Q3 2026.
The UPI link in a WhatsApp message is a payment pattern Indian members already trust and use daily. The only difference is the context - instead of paying a friend, they're renewing their gym membership. The payment experience is identical to what they already know.
Feezy is optimised for recurring membership fee collection - monthly, quarterly, annual. Day passes and walk-in collections are outside the current scope.
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, Easebuzz, Cashfree and PayU - all RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS compliant. Feezy does not store card numbers or bank credentials. Member data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored on servers in India. Full details at feezy.one/security.
