Add your batches, set your fee amounts and due dates, and tell Feezy which members are in which batch. The same fee cycle, timed reminders, and WhatsApp UPI flow run for dance and music studios, gyms and fitness clubs, and PG hostels. The only thing that changes is the vocabulary: batches and term fees for coaching, classes for studios, membership plans for gyms, room rent for PG hostels.
Yes. The free plan covers up to 50 members - suited to a solo tutor running one batch. The paid plan starts at ₹999 per month plus GST and scales with your member count across multiple branches. The structure of the product doesn't change - only the capacity.
Feezy supports batch-level fee configuration. You can set a different fee amount, due date, and grace period for each batch. Morning batch and evening batch run completely independently if needed.
Consistently - because there is no new behaviour required. The parent opens a WhatsApp message they received, sees their child's name and outstanding amount, and taps a UPI link. They're already using UPI daily. The only thing that changed is they don't have to call you to get your account number.
Yes. When a student joins mid-cycle, you can configure a pro-rata fee for that month and add them to the regular cycle from the next month. Feezy tracks their payment history from their first day.
Razorpay processes the payment once a parent initiates it. Feezy does everything before and after: tracks who owes what across which batch, sends timed reminders, follows up with non-payers, and issues receipts. Razorpay requires you to manage the fee cycle around it. Feezy is the fee cycle.
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, Easebuzz, Cashfree and PayU - all RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS compliant. Feezy does not store card numbers or bank credentials. Member data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored on servers in India. Full details at feezy.one/security.
