When an occupant joins on the 14th, set their first month as a pro-rata amount. From the next month, Feezy runs the regular billing cycle. No manual calculation needed every time someone new moves in.

Yes. You configure each room type - single, double, AC, non-AC, studio - with its own monthly rent. Each occupant is assigned a room type and billed accordingly.
When an occupant moves in mid-month, you set a pro-rata amount for their first partial month. From the next billing cycle, Feezy automatically runs them on the regular monthly schedule.
Yes. You can log the security deposit amount collected at move-in for each occupant. The record stays in their profile so you have a clear reference at move-out without relying on a separate spreadsheet or notebook.
Feezy's billing cycles are configurable - monthly is the default and the most common for PG hostels. Weekly billing is possible by setting a weekly due date and amount per occupant.
Yes. The free plan covers up to 50 members. A 25-occupant PG hostel can use the full platform - reminders, UPI payments, receipts, dashboard - at no monthly cost. The only charge is the standard UPI transaction fee that applies to every payment.
