Data Deletion Request

Anyone with a Feezy account can ask us to delete their account and personal data. Submit the form below, or email hello@feezy.one. Every step after submission happens over email.

How deletion works

Submit the form below, or email hello@feezy.one with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from your registered email address.
We acknowledge over email within 2 business days and verify that you own the account, against the registered email address, or the registered mobile number for OTP-based logins. We only discuss a request with the verified account holder.
Once verified, the account is closed. Account data is retained for 90 days from closure, the recovery and export window that applies to every Feezy account, then permanently deleted from Feezy’s servers. Residual copies in encrypted backups age out within the following 30 days.
We send a confirmation email when deletion is complete. Reply on the same email thread at any time to check the status of your request.

Your login credentials and profile
Personal details held against your account
Notification and message history
Documents and photos you uploaded
For institute accounts, the member, fee, and enrolment records the institute created

Retained

Payment and transaction records that Indian tax and financial regulations require us to keep, retained only for the legally required period and only for that purpose
Records of the deletion request itself
